What to Expect

More than a quick stop.

  • Pull up a stool

    Full-service espresso bar with locally roasted coffee. Breakfast sandwiches all day on bread we baked at sunrise.

  • Eat without worrying

    Everything in the shop is gluten-free. Dedicated kitchen, dedicated ingredients. Celiacs welcome — always.

  • Take something home

    Sandwich loaves, sourdough, rolls, muffins, cookies, our flour blends, and custom cakes. Order ahead or grab what's in the case.

Custom Orders

Birthdays, weddings, anyone who shouldn’t have to skip the cake.

We do custom celebration cakes, large orders for events, and catering for crowds. Give us at least a week — two for anything involved — and we’ll plan something special.

Before you call.

Is everything in the shop gluten-free?
Yes — everything. We run a fully dedicated GF facility, so there's no chance of cross-contamination. Even the espresso, the smoothies, and the sandwich fillings are safe.
How far ahead should I order a custom cake?
For celebration cakes, please give us at least 5–7 days. For larger orders or special decorating requests, two weeks is even better. Call us or stop in to chat about ideas.
Do you accommodate other allergies?
Often, yes. We can work with most allergy combinations — dairy-free, nut-free, egg-free, vegan. Give us a call and we'll talk through what's possible.
Do you deliver?
Yes. Local delivery to Heber City, Midway, Park City, Salt Lake City. Heber & Midway are free; Park City and Salt Lake have a small delivery fee. Orders over $40 ship free anywhere we deliver.
Do you cater?
We do — weddings, parties, corporate events, gluten-free guests of honor at non-GF events. Call us at least a week ahead and we'll plan with you.
