We bake full-sized sandwich loaves — the kind that fit a kid's lunchbox and stand up to a grilled cheese without crumbling. Soft crumb. Real structure. No compromises.

Local Grind is our cafe counter inside Good Grains. Pull a stool up to the bar for a full-service espresso, a real fruit smoothie, or a breakfast sandwich on bread we baked at sunrise.

Locally roasted coffee. All-day breakfast. Three sandwich choices on three housemade loaves. Quiche, when we have it.

Our Story

It started with a diagnosis.

Almost twenty years ago, a celiac diagnosis sent us looking for bread we could still love. Nothing on the shelves came close.

So we taught ourselves to bake it — and then we taught ourselves to do it better. Today, every product that leaves our kitchen is something we'd serve to our own family.
